How does it work?

  2. View the current status, key dates, and the communication thread with the manager.
  3. Send and receive messages from the manager at any time while the case is open.

Dashes are optional. You can enter the 12 letters and digits with no separator.

If you lost the code we cannot recover it. You will need to submit a new report.
