Request in-person or verbal meeting

If you prefer to report in person or verbally rather than in writing, you can request it here. Right recognised by art. 9.2 of Directive (EU) 2019/1937.

How does it work?

  1. You have the right to report verbally (art. 9.2 Directive EU 2019/1937).
  2. The manager will arrange the meeting within a maximum of 7 calendar days.
  3. You will receive a tracking code to check the status of your request.

Minimum 20 characters. No need to go into detail here.

If left blank you remain fully anonymous. You will need to come back here with your code to see if the meeting has been scheduled.
